Stephen Savage is a highly skilled professional with a diverse background in business, executive recruitment, and healthcare. Stephen's career has been shaped by a commitment to excellence and a wide range of expertise – including a B.S. in business, a broadcasting degree, and an Orthopedic Brace Fitter board certification. Stephan is a versatile executive dedicated to continuously expanding his knowledge.

Stephen spent four years as director of an executive recruiting firm, where he trained under the top executive recruiting instructors in the country. This experience led him to senior roles in the industry, including 11 years as a key professional and later as the Global Human Resource Manager for a European manufacturing group. His leadership extended to being the past President of Regal Medical Supply, the largest contracture management organization in the U.S., and Director of Marketing at American Pharmaceutical, where his strategic skills earned him a place on the Executive Council Team.

Now, as a partner at Regal Solutions, Stephen focuses on executive search within the industrial and manufacturing sectors, helping companies find the right talent to succeed. Wendy Larose

With an MBA and MHA from Champlain College in Vermont, Wendy Larose has a robust 30-year background in finance and operations across large corporate settings and small to medium-sized businesses. Her journey began with a successful start-up, where she played a crucial role in securing financing for initial and ongoing growth while overseeing finance, delivery operations, inventory, and IT system implementations.

Over the past 15 years, Wendy has significantly advanced financial and operational processes in healthcare. At the University of Vermont Health Center, she managed a $350 million budget for radiology. At Bon Secours Mercy Health, she oversaw a $131 million budget and managed seven surgical specialties, including Orthopedics, General Surgery, Vascular, and Neurosurgery. Her expertise spans ambulatory and acute care environments, encompassing clinical procedures, schedule management, registration, electronic medical records, patient flow, billing, referral, and authorization management.

In recent years, she has broadened her expertise in several fields. As an Associate Professor at Post University, Wendy honed her teaching skills, fostering the next generation of professionals. Her role in academic administration at the University of Connecticut has equipped Wendy with strategic insights and leadership experience. Additionally, her work in research finance with a leading global mRNA company has deepened her understanding of cutting-edge scientific advancements and their financial implications.
